Activate your ITC Hotels e-Gift Card before redeeming it.2.
The E-Gift Card can be redeemed at any of the participating ITC Hotels, Welcomhotels, Fortune Hotels & WelcomHeritage Hotels.3.
At the time of check-out/ settling the invoice, use your e-Gift to redeem it by sharing the 16 digit card number and the OTP received on the registered mobile number.4.
A valid card in its original form must be presented at the time of availing a service.5.

Stays (including Food and Beverage charges, internet and telephone services) when booked through direct channels (ITC Hotels website).b.
Standalone Food and Beverage charges including alcoholic beverages.c.
